Caregiver accused of scamming Tacoma seniors
TACOMA - Tacoma police are looking for a woman they say has scammed more than $36,000 from five elderly people in Pierce County.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 41-year-old Kimberly Ann Philips.
Police say she works as a caregiver and pressures or tricks people into giving her thousands of dollars.
Many of the victims have dementia or memory loss.
